V Bloods are incredibly valuable targets who unlock new crafting blueprints and powerful abilities for your Vampire. While you can track their scent, it’s much easier to simply know the exact location of where these powerful foes reside.
Keely the Frost Archer Location
To find Keely the Frost Archer in V Rising, head to the northeastern part of the Farbane Woods. Keely isn’t far from the road heading into the Dunley Farmlands. Keely is a level 20 V Blood.

Defeating Keely will give you the Frost Bat power. This ability launches a projectile bat at your enemies, which then explodes in an icy blast.
Keely also drops a number of incredibly useful crafting drops. In addition to the Tannery structure, which allows you to create leather, Keely drops recipes for the Traveller’s Wrap, Empty Canteen, and Leather itself.
