Publisher tinyBuild Games has unveiled exciting details about the much-awaited, Kill it With Fire 2. This latest entry in the first-person spider-hunting game series will feature co-op and PvP multiplayer modes for the first time in the series. A brand-new trailer also premiered today, offering a sneak peek into the gameplay experience during these modes.
Kill it With Fire 2 promises to deliver an all-new spider-hunting adventure while keeping the elements that have made its predecessor a beloved experience. In this newest iteration, players will explore the depths of the multiverse from the Wild West to the very origins of spider-kind. As players traverse unique and bizarre worlds, they will discover new forms of life and civilizations while immersing themselves in a brand-new narrative.
One of the most exciting additions to Kill it With Fire 2 is the option for players to team up with three friends and play through the entire game in a 4-player, online co-op mode. For the first time, players can also engage in “Spider Hunt”, a Spiders vs. Exterminators PvP mode where players can play as an arachnid for the first time. In this mode, the spiders can throw webs to slow exterminators down and perform daring acts of parkour to escape justice, or simply hide in a vase and watch the chaos unfold. Meanwhile, the Exterminators will have a host of tools and weapons to hunt spiders down.
Apart from new game modes, Kill It With Fire 2 also introduces a variety of cutting-edge multiverse technology and enhanced spider-hunting capabilities, adding a layer of depth to the gameplay experience.
For eager fans, Kill it With Fire 2 beta is now available on Steam and will run until November 1st, 2023, offering a sneak peek at what to expect when the full game is released via Steam Early Access in Q1 2024.
