In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, while you’re working through the main story and collecting all the Pokemon you can, you’ll come across Technical Machines, which allows players to learn recipes to teach their Pokemon new moves. It can get overwhelming trying to remember where resources and recipes are, though. Leech Life TM095 Location – How to get it
You can find Leech Life TM in North Province (Area One), Tagtree Thicket. It is a reward for defeating Team Star Boss Ortega. Once you have this move, you will be able to teach the Leech Life to your Pokemon, which has the effect of: “The user drains the target’s blood. The user’s HP is restored by up to half the damage taken by the target.” As many TMs are found in the world of Paldea, be on the lookout for Yellow Poke Balls!

Leech Life TM Recipe – How to make it
To craft Leech Life, you will need the following resources: 8000 LP, 3x Surskit Syrup, 3x Venonat Fang and 3x Kricketot Shell. Once you have the recipe, you’ll be able to craft the recipe at any Pokemon Center’s TM Machine as long as you have the required resources to do so.
Tip: If you need more League Points (LP), remember that you can trade in materials you won’t be using to the TM Machine in exchange for LP. You can also receive LP for interacting with Tera Raid Dens (they look like large, sparkling crystals). Sparkling Pokemon will give you LP when defeated or caught.
