Fans of the Resident Evil series and State of Survival mobile game are in for a treat because two of the most iconic characters from Resident Evil, Leon S. Kennedy and Ada Wong, are going to join State of Survival as Heroes in a new crossover event.

The event is scheduled to launch on December 1, 2023, and will also feature themed HQ Skins and Decorations. Players will be able to unlock Leon and Ada as Heroes by participating in various events and challenges. The gameplay reveal shows both Ada and Leon at the end, but the patch notes don’t go more into detail on what kind of units they will be.

We also do not see any more about the heroes in the gameplay trailer. In addition to the new heroes, the Resident Evil crossover event will also feature a number of other activities and rewards. Players can expect to see new themed events, challenges, and rewards, as well as special discounts on in-game items.

What we know comes from the patch notes of the latest update which also talk about significant changes and enhancements introduced. For example, The Energy Conversion Units now offer improved crafting chances and a more organized overview when bonuses match installed units, along with several user interface and navigation improvements.

State Transfer features a change in Power Limit criteria and new rewards for players transferring to a different State, along with better management tools for governors. That’s alongside bug fixes and glitches that have been removed.

State of Survival is a popular mobile game, even if a lot of gamers hate it. This collaboration is well thought out because Resident Evil tends to go hand-in-hand with post-apocalyptic zombie games. If you already play the game, now is a good time to get two great heroes because they will likely be unavailable after the collab ends.
