Players can find Club Four Shine very close to Akame’s Hideout. From Akame’s Hideout head, onto the main street, turn right, and on your left will be Four Shine. This is halfway between S Shofukucho Street and Shofukucho and west of Ashitaka Park.

You don’t have to climb the stairs leading to the entrance of Club Four Shine to take a picture. As long as the Four Shine sign is appropriately in view, the picture taken will be accepted by the Akame Requester. Sadly, you cannot enter Club Four Shine in Like a Dragon Gaiden either.

To take the picture, have Joryu equip his phone by pressing up on the D-Pad or C on the PC, snap a shot of Four Shine’s exterior, and now you can return to the older woman next to Kinryu Ramen Shop for a handful of Akame Network Points and 25,000 Yen.
