There are only a few weeks left before Like a Dragon: Ishin! is released on supported gaming platforms. As such, SEGA has teased another feature of Like a Dragon: Ishin!, revealing that the remake of the 2014 action-adventure game would also include mini-games.

The original Ryu ga Gotoku Ishin! has been remarkable, owing to its use of a robust combat system, notably similar to its predecessor Yakuza 5. Players control the sole playable protagonist, Sakamoto Ryoma, and have access to a total of four different fighting styles: Swordsman, which utilizes a katana as the primary weapon; Gunslinger, which utilizes pistols; Brawler, which utilizes hand-to-hand combat; and Wild Dancer, which utilizes a combination of katana and pistol.

However, the fun and thrilling mini-games of Ryu ga Gotoku Ishin! are also considered major contributors to the series’ popularity among casual and hardcore players alike. The staple mini-games found in the series include gambling, karaoke, and a fighting arena, among other things.

SEGA has revealed in a new trailer that the upcoming remake of Like a Dragon: Ishin! will also include several amusing mini-games. Take a look at Like a Dragon: Ishin! | Mini-Games Overview, courtesy of SEGA’s official Youtube channel:

According to the mini-games overview trailer, some of the mini-games that will be returning in Like a Dragon: Ishin include Buyo Dancing, Chicken Racing, Cho-Han, Koi-Koi, Ochio Kabu, Poker, Karaoke, Sake Showdown, Udon Shop, Cannon Coaching, and Sensual Healing in addition to the classic Rock, Paper, Scissors. With so many different and fun minigames to choose from, players will never be at a loss for anything to do when they need a break from the action-packed gameplay.
