Marauders, a sci-fi FPS, closed beta is opening July 20

Marauders is an outer-space PvE and PvP first-person shooter being developed for PC via Steam. The closed beta will be available from July 20, 2022, to July 25, 2022. To gain access to the closed beta, players must preorder Marauders. 

The official closed beta announcement trailer showcases the out-space gameplay, which includes space combat, spacecraft operations, weaponry, and more.

Marauders is a tactical first-person multiplayer shooter set in a brutal dystopian world where The Great War never ended. Earth has been over-industrialized in this game, and many have fled to the stars. Space mercenaries known as Marauders must gear up and pilot ships through treacherous galaxies if they have any hope of survival. Your survival ultimately hinges on your ability to loot and explore the stars. 

Players must upgrade their gear on the go as they salvage and uncover objects from their raids. This means you must traverse a sci-fi environment and embark on dangerous raids to get this loot. 

But you must be careful, as others seek to end your expeditions and claim the loot for themselves. You can also upgrade your ship’s defenses, build an entirely new spacecraft from looted resources, or even take someone else’s by force. 

Players can fight solo or team up with three other players to survive the intense combat encounters that portray realistic bullet simulations. 

The minimum system requirements needed to play Marauders include:

• Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
• OS: Windows 10
• Processor: Intel Core i5-4570, 3.2 GHz or AMD Ryzen 3 1300X, 3.4 GHz
• Memory: 12 GB RAM
• Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 760, 2 GB or AMD Radeon R9 280, 3 GB
• Network: Broadband Internet connection
• Additional Notes: Be advised! Marauders is still in development, so those requirements are subject to change before the release!
