Marvel’s Midnight Suns decided to focus on Iron Man for their latest hero spotlight, including some trademark quips and action. While the spotlight is a minute long, the actual footage is only half that. This left some fans disappointed, but the gameplay itself looks fantastic.

Thanks to the new “Meet Iron Man” spotlight, fans got a better idea of the voice acting, and a closer look at some of the character’s abilities and outfits.

Despite his iconic look, Iron Man has had countless suit designs, since Tony Stark’s technology and ideas are always improving or changing based on strategic needs. So, fans often have their arms crossed about Iron Man’s suit designs, but the gold and brown look has been met with universal praise.

The performance is also on point, which isn’t always the case, especially for smaller games. The history of iconic Iron Man actors, especially Robert Downey Jr., have big shoes to fill. It’s tough to keep Tony’s signature sense of humor likeable, and it feels like the right fit here.

There are also a few glimpses at Iron Man’s attacks in the latest gameplay footage. Iron Man can fire missiles from his shoulders and arms, while the familiar energy beams from his hands and chest will take front and center.

It’s clear that Iron Man has a crowd control role, though he also seems to have some kind of homing projectile. But his biggest attack is a giant, fixed Arc blast that paves an entire road.

The spotlight also opens with Iron Man’s arms ablaze, inside a ring of fire, which could be another “ultimate” ability. Overall, the footage looks very promising.

If you want to see even more gameplay, the devs released a Captain America showcase just a couple of days ago:
