Spike Chunsoft and Too Kyo Games have recently announced the availability of digital pre-orders for their upcoming game, Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE, and unveiled the Amaterasu Corporation characters introduction trailer. In addition, the Digital Deluxe Edition of the game will include a previously unannounced Season Pass.

Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE, a dark fantasy detective action game, comes from the creative minds behind the popular Danganronpa series. The game follows Yuma, a detective-in-training with amnesia, and Shinigami, the spirit accompanying him, as they attempt to solve mysteries in a city besieged by perpetual rain. The city is under the control of a powerful megacorporation, and master detectives from around the world, each possessing unique abilities, must join forces to uncover the truth. Yuma, with Shinigami at his side, joins the investigation as a trainee of the detective agency.

Players can explore the fully 3D environment of the rain-soaked city, gathering evidence and testimonies. The game also features the Mystery Labyrinth, a unique puzzle-solving experience that materializes as players progress in their investigation. Within the labyrinth, Yuma must face gimmicks, traps, and monstrous Mystery Phantoms that aim to prevent him from reaching the truth. To overcome these obstacles, players must use the Solution Blade to slash through contradictions and dodge the barrage of lies.

The game offers an immersive 3D detective adventure experience, featuring a vivid, neon-drenched city, an eccentric cast of characters, and a captivating story by Kazutaka Kodaka. The game also boasts a fantastical, phantasmal soundtrack by Masafumi Takada and character designs by Rui Komatsuzaki. Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE supports Japanese and English voice, as well as text in multiple languages, including Japanese, English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish.
