Midnight is Lost is an upcoming Sokoban game developed by Robotizar Games and published by QUByte Interactive. Contrary to how Sokoban games are normally played, this puzzle game needs to be solved backward, transforming simple challenges into complex ones.
Midnight is Lost was originally released for PC back in March 2021. Recently, QUByte Interactive announced that the game will finally be released for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5, as well as Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S on February 23rd. Take a look at the Midnight is Lost | Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S trailer, courtesy of QUByte Interactive’s official Youtube channel:
In Midnight is Lost, players will take on challenging Sokoban puzzle games in a 3D world designed with a pixel-styled background, objects, and character. Players will also meet Midnight, an animal helper belonging to a witch and, more specifically, a cat that has found himself stranded on a remote island by accident. Now, he is lost in an unfamiliar world and players are tasked to help him get back home.
In contrast to a normal Sokoban game, Midnight will be the one to move the blocks around in each level of Midnight is Lost to build the puzzle. Players must then solve his puzzles in reverse by planning a path to Midnight for him to take on his way forward and eventually back home.
Midnight is Lost also includes the following exciting features:
- 30 levels
- An exclusive and immersive soundtrack
- Secret minigames to find
Although Midnight is Lost may appear to be the perfect puzzle game for casual players with its colorful and eye-pleasing visuals, don’t let that fool you as this game will definitely test your mental prowess.
