Moonlight Cookie – Best Toppings and Builds
The best toppings for Moonlight Cookie are Sweet Candy, which will increase her DMG Increase Debuff, and/or Swift Chocolate, which will help to reduce the cooldown of her skill. Moonlight Cookie is a Magic-type Cookie and is prioritized to the middle, and she deals damage and can apply a DMG Increase Debuff while also causing enemies to fall asleep or become drowsy.
The official description of Moonlight Cookie’s skill set reads as follows: “Moonlight Cookie falls asleep in the night sky and dreams a dream where stars fall onto the enemies’ heads, dealing damage and applying a DMG Increase debuff. Then, bright moonlight illuminates the battlefield, dealing damage to the enemies and putting them to Sleep. Enemies that didn’t fall Asleep become Drowsy and will eventually fall Asleep when their resistance statues wear off. When Moonlight Cookie awakens, she will restore her own HP. She will also restore her own HP upon awakening from Sleep Effects cast by enemies. Being a dweller of the World of Dreams, Moonlight Cookie is not susceptible to the Beckoning Dreams effect.“
Remember, you can also upgrade Toppings by using Topping Pieces and Coins. For example, XS can be upgraded to +6, S to +9, and M to +12. Each time you successfully upgrade the Topping, it will receive a random bonus effect. If you’ve successfully upgraded a S topping, it can have two random bonus effects while upgraded M toppings can have three random bonus effects.
These bonus effects include improvements for attack, attack speed, buff amplification, cooldown reduction, crit %, crit resist, DMG resist, debuff resist, defense, and HP.
