GYLT is set in a creepy and melancholic fictional old mining town in the state of Maine. It tells an eerie story that combines elements of fiction and reality and takes place in a surrealist setting where people’s worst dreams become a reality.

In GYLT, players will take on the role of Sally, a little girl living in Bethelwood. Sally’s life is not easy, and it has become even worse since her little cousin Emily disappeared. After being chased by a group of bullies, Sally is dragged into a twisted version of her town where her fears and worse memories are presented in a wicked and very real way.

As players navigate their way through the wicked world of GYLT, they will encounter horrifying creatures and discover the mystery behind Emily’s disappearance. Players will have the option to either face the creatures or hide from them. Players can avoid being detected by creatures by building strategies to distract them through sound or visual lures or by attracting them.

The first teaser trailer for GYLT has already highlighted some of the promising aspects of the game that will most likely make it a hit among fans of the horror genre. Additionally, the game appears to draw inspiration from well-known horror titles like Little Nightmares and Little Misfortune, particularly in its focus on a charming little protagonist facing their fears and terrifying creatures.

You may add GYLT to your Steam wishlist now to be notified when it becomes available.
