Today, Nintendo revealed a new 3-minute-long trailer for Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, the upcoming title in the spin-off series, showcasing not only the game’s protagonist, Shez, but also more of its story and mechanics.
As you can check out in the trailer below, in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, players will return to the land of Fódlan, the main setting of 2019’s Fire Emblem: Three Houses. In the game, they will take on the role of Shez, a mysterious mercenary, as they embark on a journey to challenge the fearsome Ashen Demon.
As the trailer showcases, in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, players will be able to, in true Fire Emblem fashion, experience a different story depending on their choices, in this case, whether they side with Edelgard, Dimitri, or Claude, the protagonists of Fire Emblem: Three Houses.
Apart from that, the game will also give players the ability to not only lead their army in battle in true Muzou fashion, where they fight against an insane amount of enemies at once but also the ability to build various strategies, as well as equip various weapons and skills before any major battle.
The game will also allow players the chance to train together with their many allies, as well as freely explore their base camp. In Three Hopes, Shez will also be able to make use of many different classes when on the field, all featuring their own playstyle and moveset.
Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes is set to be released on June 24th, 2022, exclusively for the Nintendo Switch. You can currently pre-order the game on the Nintendo Store for $59.99. For those that cannot wait for the arrival of the title, both Fire Emblem: Three Houses and all of its expansions are currently available, exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
