Starting the lineup is Kirby Tilt ‘n’ Tumble, an action puzzle delight originally developed for the Game Boy Color. Released in Japan in August 2000 and North America in April 2001, this Kirby installment is known for its unique cartridge featuring a built-in accelerometer, enclosed in a transparent pink shell, echoing Kirby’s signature hue. The game presents an intriguing narrative where Kirby, the lovable pink protagonist, chases after the scheming King Dedede who, Kirby suspects, has caused Dream Land to lose its stars. Kirby’s quest to retrieve the stars promises thrilling gameplay and challenges.

Another title included in the update, Blaster Master: Enemy Below, revisits the Game Boy Color era, known as Metafight EX in Japan. The game, which was previously re-released on the Nintendo 3DS system in 2011, takes place post-events of its predecessors, featuring familiar environments and characters but with fresh area layouts and challenges. Players take on the roles of Jason and Sophia, traversing various landscapes in both sidescrolling and overhead gameplay. In the Japanese version, players control Leonardo Gardner, who is assigned the task of vanquishing invading monsters.

The third addition, Mystery Tower, originally a Famicom system game from 1986, tests players’ problem-solving skills and agility as they ascend a puzzle-filled tower. The game allows players to step into the shoes of an archaeologist and explorer, who must maneuver and rearrange mysterious stones to navigate through each floor.
