BKOM Studios and Paizo Inc. have officially revealed their upcoming co-op hack-and-slash action RPG based on the popular tabletop role-playing game, Pathfinder.
Today, the Quebec-based studio behind the award-winning Sunday Gold has announced its upcoming title, Pathfinder: Abomination Vaults. It is set to launch a Kickstarter campaign later this May and will soon be available for PC via Steam. Apart from a glimpse at the features of Pathfinder: Abomination Vaults, the announcement video included some remarks from BKOM Studios and Paizo Inc. All in all, both studios have expressed gratitude to the Pathfinder community for their support and stated their commitment to delivering a high-quality game that meets fans’ expectations.
According to Wyatt Gray, Creative Director at BKOM Studios, Pathfinder: Abomination Vaults will not only be a love letter to Pathfinder fans, but also a great way to enter the world of Pathfinder for the very first time. Pathfinder: Abomination Vaults promises to deliver an exciting dungeon-crawling experience set in the world of Pathfinder. In this game, up to four players will take on the role of iconic Pathfinder heroes, including Amiri and Ezren. Players will venture into the farthest depths of Gauntlight Keep, battle deadly monsters and abominations on their way to reach the evil sorceress Belcorra Haruvex and finally put an end to her vile schemes.
