In early February, Pokémon HOME‘s mobile app will be updated to enable trainers to see Ranked Battle statistics for Pokémon Scarlet & Violet.
Pokémon HOME is a Pokémon storage solution released in 2020 for Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android platforms. It features a cloud-based system that connects players to all Pokémon video games. This covers the Nintendo 3DS titles Pokémon Bank, Pokémon GO, Pokémon Let’s Go, Pikachu & Let’s Go, Eevee, Pokémon Sword & Shield, Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, and Pokémon Legends: Arceus, enabling players to store all of their Pokémon in place.
The utility is compatible with all games, but the connections with Pokémon Bank, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon Let’s Go, Pikachu! & Let’s Go, Eevee! can only go in one direction at a time. This implies that if a trainer transfers a Pokémon from one of these games into Pokémon HOME, they will no longer be able to transfer a Pokémon from HOME into these games. However, Pokémon Sword & Shield may both add and remove Pokémon from Pokémon HOME. The utility is also capable of facilitating trades with friends and others directly through the Pokémon HOME app, both locally and online.
According to Serebii, the Ranked Battle data from Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet will soon be viewable in the updated mobile device version of Pokémon HOME. Trainers will be able to access information regarding Trainer ranks, frequently used Pokémon, Online Competitions, and more via the app. In addition, they will be able to monitor which moves, Abilities, and held items are most often used in battles. This update to the Ranked Battle Data feature of Pokémon HOME is scheduled to launch in early February.
Previously, it was announced that Pokémon Scarlet & Violet’s compatibility with Pokémon HOME is slated for spring of 2023. Trainers will be able to transfer Pokémon from Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet to Pokémon HOME and transfer chosen Pokémon from previous games to the Paldea region once either game is connected to Pokémon HOME. However, Pokémon that may be transferred between games through Pokémon HOME are restricted to those that can appear in those games.
