In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, while you’re working through the main story and collecting all the Pokemon you can, you’ll come across Technical Machines, which allows players to learn recipes to teach their Pokemon new moves. It can get overwhelming trying to remember where resources and recipes are, though. Psychic TM120 Location – How to get it
You can find Psychic TM as a reward for defeating Alfornada Gym Leader. Once you have this move, you will be able to teach the Psychic to your Pokemon, which has the effect of: “The target is hit with a strong telekinetic force to inflict damage. This may also lower the target’s Sp. Def stat.” As many TMs are found in the world of Paldea, be on the lookout for Yellow Poke Balls!

Psychic TM Recipe – How to make it
To craft Psychic, you will need the following resources: 10000 LP, 3x Rellor Mud, 3x Indeedee Fur and 3x Ralts Dust. Once you have the recipe, you’ll be able to craft the recipe at any Pokemon Center’s TM Machine as long as you have the required resources to do so.
Tip: If you need more League Points (LP), remember that you can trade in materials you won’t be using to the TM Machine in exchange for LP. You can also receive LP for interacting with Tera Raid Dens (they look like large, sparkling crystals). Sparkling Pokemon will give you LP when defeated or caught.
