What are the rules of Quordle?
Here’s the official rules description of the game:
Each guess must be a valid 5 letter word. Hit the enter button to submit. After each guess, the color of the tiles will change to show how close your guess was to the word.
The rules are very similar to Wordle, you are just attempting to answer four different word puzzles. You get more guesses in this game, so use them wisely!

Quordle can be played on the official Quordle website.
Can I play old Quordles?
It doesn’t appear that you can play previous games, but you can use the Quordle practice mode to see if you can figure out random puzzles! This should help you get better at the game.
Quordle Tips
You can get better at Quordle by using the tips below, which will make it a little easier to get closer to the correct 5-letter words each time you play.
- Try a good starting word – You should have a few go-to words that will help you start your puzzle. These often include a lot of vowels and will not repeat letters. Some popular choices are: adieu, audio, atone, raise, and stone.
- Keep an eye out for duplicates – It’s easy to forget that you might have repeat letters in your puzzle. For example, the word “snoop” has double “o” in it. This won’t be obvious from the clues given by Quordle. Just because you see a letter is green in a particular spot doesn’t mean it wouldn’t work in another!
- Search for 5-letter words – We can’t always think of the right words, so if you’re stumped, try searching for 5-letter words that begin with or end in certain letters based on what you have figured out with your puzzle so far. This can help you brainstorm possible ideas, and then it will help you get better for the next puzzle!

It looks like they’re changing the answers closer to the release, we generally schedule posts ahead of time. If you aren’t refreshing the page, you might be getting the older solutions.

I play quordle in English and French . Was really stumped with one of the French words yesterday – can you find solutions for the French quordle – which is accessed by the English site???
