In the new additions, a significant change comes with the partial ability rework called “Dawn.” This rework brings modifications to the game that affect how certain abilities function.

A new menu in the shop labeled “Sponsored” is also introduced. This section is designated for User-Generated Content (UGC) items or items sponsored for other groups, expanding the available in-game purchasing options.

The game now also offers new Developer Products. Players can purchase UCoins in specified amounts, with options including 500K, 1M, and 2.5M. This adjustment adds more flexibility to in-game currency transactions.

A notable feature of the update is the newly added system called “Ascensions.” Ascending an ability increases its level cap but also resets the level. The process requires an item known as an Ascension Fragment, obtainable by beating every 10th wave on the wave game mode (e.g., 10, 20, 30, 40, etc.). Players reaching ascension rank 10 and above will receive special rewards, including those for reaching the 10th rank.

Turning to ability and balance changes, general modifications have been made across different characters. Specific changes include alterations to “Umbra” where Foresight can now be unlocked at Ascension Rank 8. The “Dawn” ability has also seen adjustments, with Meter Gain from Radiance unlocking at Ascension 5 and removal from both Casual and Ranked PVP game modes. Certain characters such as Sakuya have also been removed from PVP game modes (Casual & Ranked). Additionally, characters like Jonathan Hamon, Joseph Hamon, and Base Hamon have had most of their moves sped up, enhancing their responsiveness.

Beyond ability changes, the update carries miscellaneous enhancements that affect various aspects of gameplay. The wave mode map has been updated, and features like Auto XP for leveling and custom stat increment for stats have been added. Furthermore, the rest of the XP items have been included in the Nub Shop, and the ability tab now displays a moveset description if one exists for it.

Players owning the gamepass will now find that the Donator Tag applies in the game chat, while the toggle tag command is now available for anyone to use in order to show or hide an in-game tag. The command bar can be accessed by pressing F2. Lastly, the XP Inventory cap has been increased to 300, allowing players more space for these items.
