Session: Skate Sim, the realistic skating game with dual stick controls from developer crea-ture Studios Inc. and publisher Nacon, has just released the brand-new Waterpark & Chris Cole paid DLC. It will be available for PC, PlayStation and Xbox, but Switch users will have to wait until next month according to a recent tweet from the game’s official feed.

The Waterpark & Chris Cole DLC will include a new Waterpark map, Chris Cole, 7 more missions, 5 decks and 6 new object dropper items. The asking price on the PS and Xbox stores are both $12.99 USD.

Session: Skate Sim is available now on PC and current or last-gen PlayStation and Xbox consoles. It recently added a Nintendo Switch port in March. You can watch today’s gameplay trailer for the DLC on Nacon’s official YouTube channel, to help you decide if you want to invest:

Session: Skate Sim has undoubtedly carried on the spirit of the Skate. franchise, but it still offers enough of its own personality to justify itself. The controls and physics of any skating game are key, and Session: Skate Sim laid solid groundwork for new content like today’s paid DLC.

Naturally, the new Waterpark map is the highlight. Its theme alone should strike up some intrigue. The map maintains that signature sense of discovery, which gives you the purpose and challenge to conquer exotic types of public terrain. The Waterpark looks pretty expansive, with a few neat jumps and some basic paths that’ll help you string together lengthy combos.

There’s more than enough content here, especially for the price tag. Aside from the new map and missions, there’s another pro skater for fan service, and a few more decks to emphasize self-expression.
