With places like the Abandoned Sewer and Old Cellar named in For The King 2, it can be difficult to decide where to go. Luckily, we have guides on where to go and what to do in the game. Below we’ll tell you what path we think is best when you have to decide between entering the Abandoned Sewer or Old Cellar.

For The King 2 – Should you go to the Old Cellar or Abandoned Sewer?

I think you should enter the Old Cellar in For The King 2. While the choice is up to you, my opinion is based on what’s easier. You can definitely go down either and you’ll go through the story and face the Bandit King. The only differences you’ll encounter are enemy types and potential loot.

If you pick the Abandoned Sewer, you’ll get a good deal of poison enemies that just want to make your day harder. If you like the difficulty that comes with tougher fights, make sure to bring Panax and healing items. You’ll get poisoned a lot just from going down this path. Either way, you’ll need to make sure to get the Skelly Key from the Goblin Market so you don’t have to go back.

It’s easier to just go down the Old Cellar the first time. I say first time because if you want both achievements, you’ll need to go down twice. You get the Came Out Clean On The Other Side for going out the sewers and Through The Cobwebs And Casks for going through the cellar.

If you want both achievements, make a save file and go through the Abandoned Sewer first. Once you get the achievement, reload the old save and go through the Old Cellar. This way you get the achievements and you are likely to have more health potions and lives.
