Snoop Dogg may have appeared at the Super Bowl Halftime show this year, but it might not be as big of an inclusion as it would be if he has found his way into a variety of different Call of Duty games. Activision has released a teaser with some “Dogg Tags” that feature some smoke, coughing, and what could be Snoop Dogg saying, “DAMN!”
The number on the dog tags is 040122, which is obviously alluding to April 1st, 2022. So, we at least have a good idea that you can expect a Snoop Dogg themed character to arrive on that date. While this is the first official confirmation, a leaker on Twitter by the name of ZestyCODLeaks, had leaked the release of Snoop Dogg into the game in the past. While the tweet and account have since been deleted, they were clearly pretty credible with their discovery.
Snoop Dogg is a pretty well-known gamer, he can be found primarily playing Madden or Call of Duty on Twitch from time-to-time. It still remains to be seen what exactly will be released when this collaboration is launched into the COD universe.
