Today, Atlus released a new trailer for their upcoming RPG Soul Hackers 2, focused this time on Ami Koshimizu’s Milady, one of the game’s main characters. The trailer showcases not only more of Milady’s personality and backstory, but also offers a few new glimpses at the upcoming JRPG’s gameplay.
Mylady is the second of the game’s main characters to receive a character trailer. You can check out the Soul Hackers 2 new character trailer below, courtesy of Atlus’ official Youtube channel. Don’t forget to turn on the subtitles!
According to her official character overview, Milady will be a member of the Phantom Society who, after being resurrected by Ringo’s Soul Hack ability, will embark on a quest to both learn the truth behind her death and stop the impending apocalypse, Contrary to Arrow, Milady always acts by prioritizing logical thinking and efficiency, something that often makes her seem heartless. As you can see from above, she will make use of a Sai when in combat.
Together with the new trailer, her character page also debuted on the game’s official site, revealing, among other things, that Milady will be able to use a wide array of Fire skills, as well as have the ability to, later on in the game, recover HP as she deals damage.

In Soul Hackers 2, players will take on the role of Ringo, an Aion agent, who is sent to the human world on a mission to prevent the apocalypse. During her journey, both Ringo and Figue, her partner and the team’s tactical support, will join forces with the Devil Summoners Arrow, Milady, and Saizo, as they fight to uncover the truth behind the event set to bring an end to humanity.
The game will feature Atlus’ characteristic and highly acclaimed turn-based combat system. Made famous by both the Shin Megami Tensei and the Persona franchises. Soul Hackers 2 will also allow players to bond with their team during their journey, a feature sure to please the fans of the Persona series.
Soul Hackers 2 is set to be released on August 25th, 2022, for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, via both Steam and the Microsoft Store.
