Sweet Herba Mystica cannot be purchased and is a drop from raids, so you will have to complete 5-Star and 6-Star Tera Raid Battles. You can then earn Sweet Herba Mystica as a reward. Sweet Herba Mystica is particularly sought after because it can be used to create Shiny Sandwiches, which make the odds to catch Shiny Pokemon higher.
This ingredient is used as filling for a sandwich, which can have effects like improving catching power, raid power, item drop power, encounter power, and so on. Sandwiches can also use different condiments and picks.
In order to have access to 5-Star Tera Raids, you will need to complete the main story of the game. To unlock 6-Star Tera Raids, you’ll need to win the Academy Ace Tournament and complete at least 4-Star or higher Tera Raids.
