The much-awaited return of the Community Day Classic in April brings the Pig Pokémon, Swinub, to the forefront. With its increased appearance in the wild, trainers have an even better chance to capture this fan-favorite Pokémon. Those lucky enough might even stumble upon a Shiny Swinub.

During this special event, trainers can evolve Piloswine, Swinub’s Evolution, into a Mamoswine that knows the Charged Attack Ancient Power. This powerful attack boasts 60 power in Trainer Battles and 70 power in Gyms and raids, with the added potential to raise the user’s Attack and Defense. To take advantage of this unique opportunity, trainers must evolve their Piloswine between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the event day.

Swinub-themed Field Research tasks will be available throughout the event, offering rewards such as Sinnoh Stones, Stardust, Ultra Balls, and more. Trainers can also complete Timed Research tasks to earn up to four Sinnoh Stones.

For just US$1.00 (or the equivalent in local currency), trainers can access the exclusive Swinub Community Day Classic Special Research story. Players can now purchase and gift tickets to their Great Friends or higher, with certain restrictions applying. Keep an eye out for when tickets go live, and remember that tickets are nonrefundable.

The event comes with a multitude of bonuses, including 3x Stardust for catching Pokémon and three-hour Lure Modules and Incense activated during the event. These bonuses will be active from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. local time, so trainers should plan accordingly. Additionally, taking snapshots during the Community Day Classic may result in a delightful surprise.

With Swinub at the heart of the April Community Day Classic, trainers have plenty of opportunities to catch this sought-after Pokémon and evolve it into a powerful Mamoswine.
