Publisher EastAsiaSoft made an announcement today, revealing that the casual life simulation video game, Sword and Fairy Inn 2, will finally be available soon on Nintendo Switch with a physical release.
Sword and Fairy Inn 2, developed by Softstar Entertainment, was first made available for PC via Steam back in July 2022. The game was initially revealed to launch on Nintendo Switch in late 2022 and on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PS4, and Xbox One in early 2023. However, EastAsiaSoft confirmed today that Sword and Fairy Inn 2 is set to be released for Nintendo Switch in the Summer of 2023. The game will also be available in physical form for the Nintendo Switch.
Sword and Fairy Inn 2 features familiar faces from the Sword and Fairy universe. These characters will come together to run an inn and build a happy life in this cute and casual life simulation RPG that combines a huge variety of gameplay mechanics. This game tasks players to manage a family restaurant, travel the world to find legendary kitchenware and trade special food items, grow crops, play mini-games, and more. Above all, players must ensure that their customers are satisfied with the services they provide, which will bring more people to the village and make the inn a bustling success story.
As players manage the inn, they will be able to assign specific roles to each character they meet and recruit. Players will also learn more about each of their companions, including their goals, personalities, skills, and their often-comical flaws as they progress through the game.
