Arthurian Legends are reimagined in this dark and gritty fantasy world of Tainted Grail. The setting involves a fantasy world where humans have arrived at a cursed island called Avalon in search of paradise. However, what awaited them was anything but their salvation.
The Wyrdness has tainted the hellish island. It is a mysterious force that has warped reality into one of chaos. As King Arthur is dead and myths and legends disappear, humans living at Avalon desperately try to find something or someone to believe in.
However, the Red Death plague and the chaos of the Wyrdness are making this almost impossible. As time passes, unknown entities have their own plans for the island, and not all of them are good.
Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon is an open-world RPG where you must take on complex quests that require you to make challenging decisions. However, no matter what happens, your choices are respected by others. This world is filled with monsters, fallen heroes, and many places for you to discover.
The storyline is dark and full of mystery. It requires you to traverse a fine line between what is right and wrong, and there are no good answers. As such, you’re given plenty of freedom, and several options are available–this means no two games are alike.
