The Crew Motorfest, the latest installment in the racing series from Ubisoft, has just released a new trailer featuring the key content fans can expect in the Year 1 Pass. It also confirms that fans can play the game three days early with the Gold or Ultimate Edition, or by subscribing to Ubisoft+.

The Year 1 Pass will include 25 vehicles in total. It will include three at launch, then add another two cars every month. According to today’s trailer, the cars available at launch will be the Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody 2023, the Chevy Chevelle SS 1970, and the BMW M4 Competition Coupe 2021.

The Crew Motorfest launches onto PC, PlayStation, and Xbox on September 14th, 2023. You can watch today’s new trailer on the Ubisoft YouTube channel:

Today’s trailer doesn’t show much actual gameplay, but the devs have probably revealed more than enough by now to help viewers make up their minds.

The Crew Motorfest seems to be more elaborate than its predecessors, and the recent Festival Program trailer from June showcases a variety of modes and ideas that expand in some interesting way. The Hall of Fame and randomly generated tracks are a step in the right direction.

The selection of vehicles can make a difference, and there are definitely some nice selections in the Year 1 Pass. They lean towards muscle, but still offer a nice variety between their years and style. Two vehicles a month might feel a little paltry, but the pass might further justify itself based on later additions.

It’s worth noting that today’s trailer explicitly ties Early Access gameplay to the “American Muscle” event that runs between September 11th and September 14th, 2023. Overall, the volume of content could probably be a little better, but it may be worthwhile for longtime fans.
