With the Summer Game Fest 2022 just around the corner, you are likely to see a whole bunch of different announcements of various games that will be releasing in the near future. One that has been rumored is The Last of Us remake. Well, those rumors have been confirmed, because Sony themselves leaked the information ahead of the festival that it will be arriving on PS5 in September 2nd, 2022 and to PC at a later date.
The leak has been removed from the website, but that didn’t stop the internet from grabbing various details. You can see the official trailer for the game in the tweet below.

It is unclear how long it will take to be released on PC, as no date was given and only the mention that it is in development was shown in the trailer. We’ll just have to wait and see, but it’s another good sign that Sony is intent on bringing more titles to the platform.
