Electronic Arts has revealed that any progress made during the Limited Territory Launch will be reset for the global release. Players’ in-app purchases made during this period will be converted back into in-game currency of equal value and credited to their accounts, along with an extra 25% bonus of applicable Gems, Gold, and Unit XP as a token of appreciation.

The Lord of the Rings: Heroes of Middle-earth has specific device requirements for both Android and Apple users. Android devices must have a 1.6GHZ ARM Quad Core processor or higher, at least 2GB of RAM, and run Android OS 5.0 or above. Apple users will need iOS13 or later and at least an iPhone 6S to play the game.

Capital Games, a veteran team of mobile RPG experts, is actively developing the game under the Electronic Arts umbrella. This marks the first mobile game from EA inspired by the storylines, locations, characters, and lore from The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit literary works, building upon the company’s long-standing relationship with the Tolkien universe from its previous PC and console titles.
