The August 2023 THQ Nordic Digital Showcase gave players a lot of titles to look forward to like a new Alone in the Dark prologue and the announcement of the South Park: Snow Day!. However, the publisher seems to still be pretty busy behind the scenes, with a title card at the end of the showcase announcing that the publisher still has 20 unannounced titles in the works.

THQ Nordic doesn’t detail what these projects are, but they could span anything from another Destroy All Humans! remake to original IPs. While the showcase didn’t have as many heavy hitters as one might expect, it did bring the news of the Gothic 1 Remake and the announcement of the new TNMT: The Last Ronin title. Alone in the Dark also received two new trailers showing two main characters.

The developer announced that it had 37 games in development, with 20 of those being unannounced after the showcase. This is not counting HandyGames either, which had its own mini-showcase in the 10 minutes before the main event. The publisher is clearly hard at work and intends for there to be a steady stream of content in the next few years.

However, after this showcase, many of the previous teases from THQ Nordic or companies associated with these games, much of this is hard to speculate on. Both the new South Park and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game were previously teased by THQ Nordic and their respective owners in the last year.

Keep an eye on Try Hard Guides and the THQ Nordic social channels for all the latest information about newly announced titles coming from the publisher.
