Genshin Impact 2.6 update recently opened the True Tales of the Violet Garden: Act III story quest of the Hues of the Violet Garden event. Completing the event story quest will unlock two mini-games – Clash of Lone Blades and The Floral Courtyard. Learn how to take part in the third day of the Hues of the Violet Garden event and earn various rewards!
Hues of the Violet Garden third day mini-games
To start the third day of the Hues of the Violet Garden event, activate the True Tales of the Violet Garden: Act III of the Legends of the Kasen Quest Chain. The Irodori festival, organized by the Kamisato Ayato and Yae Miko, will take place in Inazuma. Throughout the story quest, you will come across several returning characters invited to the Irodori festival. Completing the story quest would unlock the Clash of Lone Blades and Floral Courtyard mini-game.
In the Clash of Lone Blades mini-game, you will be taking part in a sword-fighting gameplay. There will be four stages in the event, each of which will be different depending on the opponents present. At the moment, only the Ookubo Sanzaemon is available for combat. You will be able to access the other stages in the coming days.
To begin the Clash of Lone Blades challenge, talk to the designated Martial Artists located at a small island northwest of Ritou. Then, you will choose a level of difficulty between Serious, Dire, or Perilous. The rewards will vary depending on the level of difficulty. The opponent would possess Honed Technique, which might be challenging to deal with. Their weapon would glow to indicate that they would be using the Honed technique.
Meanwhile, you will only fight using the Traveler and will be barred from using your Elemental Skill or Burst. A Parry mechanic will be available as an alternative to the Elemental Skill or Burst, allowing you to take a defensive stance and limit incoming damage. Additionally, you may perform a Perfect Parry, which can deal huge damage to your opponent.
For the Floral Courtyard event, talk to Fushizome in Ritou to activate the challenge. Fushizome will provide you the materials and the Floral Theme with hints necessary in making a specific ikebana floral courtyard. The challenge would have four floral themes. As of now, only the first floral theme is available while the rest would be unlocked in the succeeding days. After you’ve completed all floral themes, you will receive an event-exclusive floral courtyard that you can customize and include into your Serenitea Pot.
