Ubisoft’s new trailer highlights an impressive variety of changes, most of which emphasize how things have been reworked to improve quality of life.
There’s also an emphasis on how much Ubisoft aims to respond to fan feedback, including an open invitation for players to “shape Ubisoft Connect” together, already pushing for a better sense of community. Fans are likely going to appreciate a lot of the library updates in today’s trailer. While integrating Ubisoft+ is pretty obligatory for good business, the library’s display changes look tidy and convenient. Also, a spotlight for your friends’ streams seems legitimately neat.
According to the trailer description, Ubisoft Connect will be a free service, available on all devices and even from your games, so long as you sign into a Ubisoft account. Today’s official blog about Ubisoft Connect PC mentions a complete technological overhaul, which hints at a long-term investment.
