Maintenance
The maintenance for ASTD started on October 11th, 2021 at 5pm EST, and will reportedly last for 3 – 4 hours, but could possibly last even longer. The last maintenance went on for quite a while, but we’re not expecting the same this time. Hopefully, it should fall within the few hours suggested by the developer.
Update: The developer has stated that it has been delayed again, hopefully it will be playable very soon!
The next update is reportedly going to be the Halloween patch. There will be a new gamemode that you can try, which you can check out in this video. It looks like units will be able to have weapons equipped to them in this mode.
Maintenance down times are usually used to update servers in preparation for new patches. They normally don’t go on for too long, but for whatever reason ASTD seems to have extended ones.
