Coffee Beans were just added to the game with the Missions in Uncharted Space update! Initially, they were not found in game and nobody knew how, but we’re happy to reveal the secret:
Coffee Beans are unlocked when you unlock Stitch and get to Friendship Level 4! Once you get there, you need to do the quest he gives you that effectively has you plant a coffee tree.
This is similar to how coconut trees were unlocked after completing the the Burying the Eel Friendship Quest that was available from Maui (available after reaching Friendship Level 2 with Maui and unlocking Goofy). This resulted in coconut trees spawning in Dazzle Beach.
