Among the iconic Pokémon that you may want to catch early on in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet is Eevee. It is a Normal-type with eight different evolutions. According to its entry in the Pokedex, Eevee “Lives near towns and cities,” and is also noted to be “Rarely seen.” In this guide, we will walk you through the sites in the Paldea where you can find Eevee.
Eevee locations in Scarlet and Violet
To locate Eevee early on in the game, you must first leave the Mesagoza after attending the Academy at the beginning of the game, so you will be able to freely explore the Paldea. You may find an Eevee in a number of places, but the earliest spot would be in South Province (Area Two) in the Olive Fields West of Cortondo.
Once you have left Mesagoza through the West entrance, continue heading left until you come across the first town called Cortondo. There will be a Grand Olive Orchard not far to the west of Cortondo, and in this general area, you have a good chance of encountering an Eevee. You may bring up your radar by pressing the Y button, and then you can run about the area until it appears on your mini-map if you were unable to spot it when you initially arrived. You won’t need to put up a battle to add Eevee to your team since it will only be around level 11.
You may also encounter an Eevee in the southern portion of Medali, which is in West Province (Area Three). When you reach that location, you may see an Eevee icon on your mini-map, indicating the presence of an Eevee nearby. There is also a chance that you may discover an Eevee on the road that leads to the Pokemon League.
That’s all for the locations in the Paldea region where you can find Eevee. For more great content, check out the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet section of our site!
