World of Stands Easter update log & patch notes now available

The World of Stands has announced an exciting Easter Update, introducing a variety of new features and enhancements. First and foremost, the Star Platinum character has been reworked, with several new abilities added to its arsenal. These include Ground Smash (a powerful area-of-effect ground slam), Judgement (a grab move with a brutal beatdown), Evasive Step (a quick evasion move with invincibility frames), and Rage Mode (a temporary power-up that increases damage and speed while decreasing defense). Rage Mode also unlocks additional abilities, such as Leaping Punch, Rushdown, and Raging Punches.

In addition to the character rework, two new Star Platinum skins have been released, one of which is a limited-time Easter-themed skin. A new King Crimson skin is also available. The Easter Event brings a new Magical Bunny NPC to the game, offering players the opportunity to exchange eggs for arrows and fruits. Eggs can be found in chests or dropped by the Bunny NPC, which also has a chance to drop a rare title.

The update introduces the Most Wanted feature, in which the player with the lowest reputation (below -10) is designated as the most wanted. This player receives an attack, defense, and size buff, as well as a unique aura. Their location is marked on the map for all to see, and they earn double BP for each enemy defeated. Three new titles are associated with the Most Wanted feature.

Lastly, the update addresses spawn safety concerns by making players invulnerable upon spawning until they use an attack. This change aims to promote fair gameplay and protect players from being unfairly targeted immediately after entering the game world.

STAR PLATINUM REWORK

• New Ability: Ground Smash (TAP Ability 3) – A quick step forward into a giant AoE ground slam that deals heavy damage
• New Ability: Judgement (HOLD Ability 3) – Grab move. Star Platinum lunges forward to deliver a devastating beatdown to the opponent & sends them flying away
• New Ability: Evasive Step (Ability 4) – 2 Charges. The player taps into their fighting mastery and quickly evades whichever direction they are moving with iframes
• New Ability: Rage Mode (Ability 5) – Star Platinum charges itself up with a mighty roar increasing damage & speed, but lowering defense. Unlocks new moves
• New Ability: Leaping Punch (In Rage Mode, Ability 2) – A Leaping heavy punch that ragdolls & breaks block. Only usable while in Rage Mode
• New Ability: Rushdown (In Rage Mode, TAP Ability 3) – Lunge forward in an instant and deliver a large flurry of quick punches
• New Ability: Raging Punches (In Rage Mode, Ability 5) – Deliver 2 heavy punches while moving forward, with a final ground slam that sends the opponent flying
• 2 new Star Platinum Skins (one is easter themed limited time skin)
• 1 new King Crimson Skin

EASTER EVENT

• New Magical Bunny NPC
• Exchange eggs with NPCs dropped from the bunny to get arrows and fruits
• Rare Title Drop from Bunny NPC
• You can also find eggs in chests during the event

MOST WANTED

• The lowest reputation in the server gets chosen as most wanted (must have -10 reputation or below)
• Most wanted gains an attack and defense buff and size buff as well as a distinct aura
• Most wanted is marked on the map for everyone to see
• 3 new titles associated with most wanted
• As most wanted you will earn double BP for each enemy you defeat!

SPAWN SAFETY

• You are now invulnerable after you spawn until you use an attack

BALANCE CHANGES

• [x] KC: Secondary Blood Chop Ability Sped Up
• [x] KC: Reverted Fate Realm Clones Eye Indicator Size(smaller now)
• [x] Slightly Reduced Range and slightly increased cooldown on rhcp lightning cut

• [x] FIXED: Vampire dashing should no longer teleport people across the map super fast
• [x] FIXED: Mr Wright not appearing at the end of his quest.
• [x] FIXED: Cutscene Camera work is now fixed
