Xbox has just released an extensive new blog post, which officially confirms a variety of key details about their upcoming Gamescom 2023 booth, playable titles, the return of Xbox FanFest and more. Gamescom will be held in Cologne, Germany this year, running between August 23rd and August 27th, 2023. Xbox will provide livestreams throughout the event on their official channels like YouTube and Twitch.
Today’s blog reveals that Xbox will provide over 30 titles and 150 gaming stations, and a massive theater for exclusive presentations about high-profile games. The presentations will include Starfield, Forza Motorsport, and Ara: History Untold.
Xbox’s anticipated booth will be at Hall 8 of the Koelnmesse, North entrance. It will feature over 25 playable games, including some debuts. Here are the big reveals from today’s official blog:

Xbox FanFest is also coming back, beginning on August 23rd, with both in-person and virtual experiences. Xbox will also be sponsoring devcom, which is a crucial and renowned resource for game developers to connect and learn.
Gamescom 2023 will unfold around the same time that some of Xbox’s key titles are actually releasing, such as Armored Core VI Fires of Rubicon, which is slated to launch on August 25th, 2023. So, the highlights for Xbox will surely be the exclusives and unreleased titles.
Rumors about the playable Towerborne and highly anticipated sequel S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl turned out to be true. Apocalyptic shooter S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, developed and published by GSC Game World, isn’t expected until December. And it has built tremendous hype with every new trailer, thanks to its remarkable open world, inventive enemies, and signature attitude.
