It can get overwhelming trying to remember where resources and recipes are, though. Zen Headbutt TM059 Location – How to get it
You can find Zen Headbutt TM as a reward for defeating Team Star Boss Atticus. Once you have this move, you will be able to teach the Zen Headbutt to your Pokemon, which has the effect of: “The user focuses its willpower to its head and attacks the target. This may also make the target flinch.” As many TMs are found in the world of Paldea, be on the lookout for Yellow Poke Balls!

Zen Headbutt TM Recipe – How to make it
To craft Zen Headbutt, you will need the following resources: 5000 LP, 3x Veluza Fillet, 3x Girafarig Fur and 3x Dunsparce Scales. Once you have the recipe, you’ll be able to craft the recipe at any Pokemon Center’s TM Machine as long as you have the required resources to do so.
Tip: If you need more League Points (LP), remember that you can trade in materials you won’t be using to the TM Machine in exchange for LP. You can also receive LP for interacting with Tera Raid Dens (they look like large, sparkling crystals). Sparkling Pokemon will give you LP when defeated or caught.
