How to Get Traits and Trait Crystals in Anime Tower Defense

To roll for a Trait in Anime Tower Defense, you must first acquire Trait Crystals, the currency used by the Traits system. You can obtain Trait Crystals through the following methods:

  • Leveling up the Battlepass
  • Completing Challenges

Once you have Trait Crystals, go to the Traits object that is floating to the left of the AFK sign. Then, click the “+” sign and select a character, then hit the green Select button. After that, hit “Reroll.” Each reroll will cost 1 Trait Crystal.

How to Get Infused Trait Crystals

When rolling for a Trait, you may have noticed the “Infused” button in the bottom left corner of the Traits window. When this button is pressed, the type of Trait Crystal needed to reroll changes to an Infused Trait Crystal. When you use an Infused Trait Crystal, you are guaranteed to get a Double Trait for that unit every time. This means that if you have two low percent traits on that unit, they’ll become a powerhouse.

There is only one way to obtain Infused Trait Crystals that I know of, and that is by purchasing the Premium Battle Pass for 799 Robux or for 1499 Robux, but you can have 10 levels instantly unlocked. Infused Trait Crystals become available starting at level 7.
