All Starship Troopers: Terran Command units

Playing as Terran Command, you have access to a number of different infantry units to fight off the hordes of bugs you’ll face in the game’s campaign. Each unit has a unique ability and properties designed to provide a different role on the battlefield.

Rifle Troopers

Rifle Troopers are you basic grunts, designed to do the brunt of the fighting and keep bugs from getting to your weaker backline units. They come with a grenade attack that does damage in an area, and a very large unit size to help keep squads alive on the frontlines.

Combat Engineers

Combat Engineers are three-person squads that excel in chokepoints. Ability to block off parts of the map via a flame wall, a placeable turret, as well as their main flamethrower attack which stuns bugs, they are best used to defend your flanks.

Radio Operator

Radio Operators are two-person teams that make use of a special radio to bring in dropships far away from your main base. They are valuable support units that need to be kept out of the front lines.

Snipers

Snipers use their incredible range to pick off soft targets from far away, keeping them from mingling with your front line and causing too much trouble for your troopers to deal with. Keep these units back and clear their line of fire to stop the horde from bunching up on you.

Tactical Officer

The Tactical Officer is equipped with a rifle-slash-grenade launcher and is used to support your troops with a flare that increases friendly damage in the target area. Like other support units, this unit does better away from the front line.

Rocket Troopers

Rocket Troopers use heavy weapons meant for destroying heavily armored targets and huge groups of bugs. These bruisers are crucial members of your team.

MK 2 Troopers

MK 2 Troopers are smaller, stronger versions of your Rifle Troopers. Unlike their cousins, these troopers are equipped with the best weapons and are geared more towards dealing lots of damage instead of holding the front line.

Fleet Liaison

Fleet Liaisons can order deployments, but also rain hell on bugs with an air strike that absolutely decimates anything in its path. Keep these units far from the frontline, or you’ll see them dying very, very quickly.

Marauder

Marauders are walking tanks that take on huge hordes of bugs with either a flamethrower, Gatling gun, or howitzer, single-handedly and very effectively. These units are incredibly expensive but incredibly useful.

Powered Suit Troopers

Powered Suit Troopers are the best of the best. These armored “Gorilla” suit soldiers combine speed, firepower, and survivability to pose the ultimate threat to any bug on the battlefield. These super special forces are your ultimate tool to winning battles in Terran Command.

That’s all of the units available in Starship Troopers: Terran Command. If you found this article helpful, leave a comment below, and be sure to check out our other Try Hard Guides.
