Best Fractured in Alterac Valley Decks – Top Meta Lists

We're taking a look at all of the best decks for each of the classes in the Hearthstone Fractured in Alterac Valley meta!
Featured Best Alterac Valley Decks Image

Hearthstone Fractured in Alterac Valley is the final expansion of the year 2021! It brings 135 new cards to the game, which allows for a bunch of new deck ideas to be experimented with. If you find that you aren’t yourself much of a deck builder, we’ve gone through and grabbed a bunch of the best decks that are popping up in the expansion so far. There should be at least one deck for each of the ten classes in the game, so everyone should find at least something they can build towards!

The new keyword for the Fracture in Alterac Valley expansion is Honorable Kill. This just means if you are able to kill a minion with the exact damage needed to destroy them you will get the bonus listed on the card. So, the health that a minion has is a lot more important if you are running cards with this keyword on it.

Best Fractured in Alterac Valley Deck Lists

We will be listing all of the top meta decks from the new Fractured in Alterac Valley Hearthstone expansion below. Keep in mind that when a new set is released, there’s a lot of volatility in the early stages of the meta. You might find that one deck is strong early, but it will drop down the list due to an unrefined meta.

The best decks in the Alterac Valley meta appear to be Quest Warrior, Libram Paladin, Quest Handlock, OWL OTK Warlock, Aggro Druid, Big Priest, Face Hunter, Beast Hunter, and Quest Rogue.

Demon Hunter Decks

It looks like Demon Hunter is being pushed towards a Rush based style of play with the hero card. They didn’t have the greatest end to the expansion, so let’s see if the new set pushes this class forward.

Mage Decks

Mage mostly ran a lot of Quest based decks in the later stages of the last meta, so don’t be surprised to see that archetype bolstered by some of the new cards. The majority of the cards it is receiving in Alterac Valley revolve around spells, so expect some magic to be slung.

Priest Decks

Priest has hit some hard times, so the class is obviously looking for help in the new expansion. Based on the new hero card it has received, it looks like Blizzard is attempting to push Priest back into the Deathrattle archetype. We will have to wait and see if it works!

Rogue Decks

Quest decks with SI:7 synergy pushed the Rogue class forward in the previous meta. In Alterac Valley it looks like Rogue is being thrown back into the Thief archetype. It is getting many cards that benefit from having cards from other classes in your deck.

Warlock Decks

Warlock Quest decks were top tier going into this new expansion. It is likely that deck will still be good, but the class has also received quite a bit of Fel and Rift synergy. We’ll see if a Fel or Rift based deck can rise to the occasion.

We’ve got a post explaining how the OWL OTK Warlock deck works, so be sure to check that out!
