Roblox Blox Fruits has released Update 16 to the world, which is a bit late of a Halloween patch for the game. In this update there’s a new island to explore, couple of new fruits, weapons, and some other additions. The new fruits are Shadow and Revive, which can possibly be pretty powerful in the right hands. We’ll tell you all about them in this guide!

Update 16 New Fruits
There’s just two new fruits in Blox Fruits Update 16 that you can get, and they are Shadow and Revive. Both of these fruit can be purchased from the Blox Fruit Dealer. Shadow will cost you $2,900,000 Beli (2,425 Robux) and Revive will cost $550,000 Beli (975 Robux).
Shadow Fruit
The Shadow Fruit is a high tier option with multiple powerful abilities. You can build up your Umbra Meter by landing the moves, or it will go up during the night. Once you’ve got yourself enough Umbra built up, you can press V to unleash a massive explosion that will scale with the amount that you had in your meter.
Here’s a look at the abilities:
- Somber Rebellion (Mastery 1) – Turn into a shadow orb and target yourself towards an enemy to launch at them dealing damage.
- Shade Nest (Mastery 200) – Fire bats towards the direction you are targeting.
- Nightmare Leech (Mastery 300) – Dash forward, grab an enemy, and consume some of their life to regain health.
- Umbrage (Mastery 50) – Fly into the air and as a shadow orb. If you fly near an enemy your bats will deal damage to them.

Revive Fruit
Revive is a lower tier fruit, but it still has some interesting abilities. The most unique is Resurrection, which will allow you to life after you die with 50% of your health.
Here’s a look at the abilities of the Revive fruit:
- Possession (Mastery 1) – Dash forward and if you hit a target they will be dealt damage and freeze in place.
- Soul Ruler (Mastery 60) – Burst out a large amount of soul damage around you dealing AOE damage.
- Resurrection (Mastery 110) – Use this ability and next time you die you will return to life as a skeleton with 50% of your health!
- Wandering Soul (Mastery 30) – Take flight as a transparent green soul that can fly around.
