Stylized titles are finding room to grow in gaming, with Bomb Rush Cyberfunk looking to bring an exciting faction-based platform that would make BMX stars blush. In a new trailer, players can get a better look at the variety of characters, drama, and graffiti they will tag across the different areas in the game ahead of release on Aug. 18.

The new Bomb Rush Cyberfunk trailer lasts for around a minute and shows different scenarios from the game like cinematics and the platforming using different methods of travel like a skateboard, roller skates, or a bike, riding across levels and grinding on different surfaces to get to new locations. All while an energetic electronic song plays in the background.

The game will focus on a futuristic and bleak cyberpunk style where gangs fight for territory and graffiti spots across the city. As players use the three different traversal methods, they’ll perform incredible tricks and score combos by using special tricks specific to each traversal style. Combos will also help you move more quickly across the city and reach new heights.

Players will start in a group of three before moving across the city to grow their crew and take on new opportunities because of it. However, as your crew vandalizes more properties, the police in the city will scale up alongside them, making for a challenge that will gradually progress alongside the player.

Bomb Rush Cyberpunk is releasing on Aug. 18, 2023, and players can currently add it to their wishlist on Steam.
