In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, while you’re working through the main story and collecting all the Pokemon you can, you’ll come across Technical Machines, which allows players to learn recipes to teach their Pokemon new moves. It can get overwhelming trying to remember where resources and recipes are, though. Bulldoze TM028 Location – How to get it
You can find Bulldoze TM in South Province (Area Three). It is a reward for defeating Team Star Boss Giacomo. Once you have this move, you will be able to teach the Bulldoze to your Pokemon, which has the effect of: “The user strikes everything around it by stomping down on the ground. This lowers the Speed stats of those hit.” As many TMs are found in the world of Paldea, be on the lookout for Yellow Poke Balls!

Bulldoze TM Recipe – How to make it
To craft Bulldoze, you will need the following resources: 1500 LP, 3x Mudbray Mud, 3x Sandygast Sand and . Once you have the recipe, you’ll be able to craft the recipe at any Pokemon Center’s TM Machine as long as you have the required resources to do so.
Tip: If you need more League Points (LP), remember that you can trade in materials you won’t be using to the TM Machine in exchange for LP. You can also receive LP for interacting with Tera Raid Dens (they look like large, sparkling crystals). Sparkling Pokemon will give you LP when defeated or caught.
