Paradox – Are Bankai, Seguna, & Volt Obtainable?
No, Bankai, Seguna, and Volt are not obtainable as of the launch release of Paradox. Each faction has a limit on how far you can progress, but these forms will be available in future updates. But we cannot say when, but they will come eventually.
How Far Can You Get as a Shinigami/Soul Reaper
Soul Reapers, also known as Shinigami, can only advance until you become a Vizard. This still offers a fair amount of content, as you need to first acquire your Shikai by grinding for Potential, then start your progression to a Vizard. How Far Can You Get as a Hollow
Hollows can only progress until you get your Resurrection. This is a massive amount of content, mostly due to the ludicrous grind of it all. The grind from becoming a Fishbone to an Arrancar is arduous and very difficult.
The early stages require killing other Arrancar to go from Fishbone to Menos Grande and then more to become an Adjuchas. Once an Adjuchas, you need to kill Arrancar to reach Vasto Lorde. After becoming a Vasto Lorde, remove your mask to become a Vastocar, allowing you to take missions at the Arrancar Hub. Then you must gain Potential by completing these missions to get your Incomplete Res and Resurrection.
How Far Can You Get as a Quincy
Quincies can only advance until they have gained their Schrift. Quincy progression in Paradox is easier than for Soul Reapers. Start by completing missions to reach the Potential needed, then visit Digiki in Wandenreich to begin obtaining your Schrift. Your first task is to spar with Giselle, located to the left of Digiki. This fight is simple, especially when using a bow.
After defeating her, you need to fight other Quincy to obtain The Piece of Order, which has a low drop chance. The final step is to return to Digiki for three Schrift battles against your clones. Using the bow makes these battles easier. Defeating your clones unlocks your Schrift.
