Captain Caviar Cookie – Best Toppings and Builds
The best toppings for Captain Caviar Cookie are Searing Raspberry, Solid Almond, and/or Swift Chocolate; you will want to use two of these at most, and which two is dependent on the rest of your team and what you wan tto prioritize for this Cookie. If you are looking just to increase damage/power, we would recommend Searing Raspberry and Swift Chocolate and only utilize Solid Almond if you need to increase survivability.
Captain Caviar Cookie is a Bomber-type Cookie and is prioritized , and they offer debuff resistance, target and area DMG, and a defense debuff on targeted enemies.
The official description of Captain Caviar Cookie’s skill set reads as follows: “Captain’s orders! The Black Shark submarine will appear at Captain Caviar Cookie’s call, shoot 3 Black Shark Torpedoes at the enemies, and grant all allies with Debuff Resist. Augmented with the latest technology of the Republic, the torpedoes will aim for the enemy with the lowest HP (targets Cookies first) in descending order. Once the torpedo hits the target, it will cause an explosion, dealing area damage and inflicting DEF Reduction. Captain Caviar Cookie is immune to any type of Fear, for he is a fearless sea wolf. While Captain Caviar Cookie is using his skill, he will briefly become resistant to interrupting effects.”
Remember, you can also upgrade Toppings by using Topping Pieces and Coins. For example, XS can be upgraded to +6, S to +9, and M to +12. Each time you successfully upgrade the Topping, it will receive a random bonus effect. If you’ve successfully upgraded a S topping, it can have two random bonus effects while upgraded M toppings can have three random bonus effects.
These bonus effects include improvements for attack, attack speed, buff amplification, cooldown reduction, crit %, crit resist, DMG resist, debuff resist, defense, and HP.
