Caramel Arrow Cookie – Best Toppings and Builds
The best toppings for Caramel Arrow Cookie are 5x Searing Raspberry, which will give the Cookie +5% attack and make them more powerful in battle, and/or mix in Solid Almond, which will increase DMG resistance to improve the Cookie’s survivability.
Caramel Arrow Cookie is a Ranged-type Cookie and is prioritized at the Front, and they have the skill Arrow of Resolution, which has a 10 second cooldown and does ranged attack, single DMG, and offers Arrow Mark that explodes when the Cookie rushes to the enemy.
The official description of Caramel Arrow Cookie’s skill set reads as follows: “Few enemies can keep their wits when they see the twin blades turning into a bow! Caramel Arrow Cookie performs a ranged attack (targets Cookies first) and leaves an Arrow Mark on the hit enemy. After the ranged attack, the Arrow Mark explodes when Caramel Arrow Cookie rushes towards the enemy, dealing DMG proportional to the enemy’s Max HP (this DMG is capped at 300,000). During the ranged attack, Caramel Arrow Cookie receives a buff that makes her immune to debuffs. While Caramel Arrow Cookie is using her skill, she will become resistant to interrupting effects.“
Remember, you can also upgrade Toppings by using Topping Pieces and Coins. For example, XS can be upgraded to +6, S to +9, and M to +12. Each time you successfully upgrade the Topping, it will receive a random bonus effect. If you’ve successfully upgraded a S topping, it can have two random bonus effects while upgraded M toppings can have three random bonus effects.
These bonus effects include improvements for attack, attack speed, buff amplification, cooldown reduction, crit %, crit resist, DMG resist, debuff resist, defense, and HP.
