In V Rising, you play as a Vampire in a hostile world, with the only way to survive is to collect blood and build a base, so that you and your friends can consolidate power and rule the world. Clive the Firestarter Location
Clive the Firestarter is located at the westernmost part of the Farbane Woods, near the bottom edge of the map. Clive the Firestarter is a level 30 V-Blood.
Clive the Firestarter is located in the Bandit Sulfur Quarry. Following the road to the west in the Farbane Woods will eventually bring you to his location, which you can see on the map below. Credit for the map goes to Map Genie.

Clive the Firestarter drops the Alchemy Table, Assortment of Enchanted Braziers, and Assortment of Enchanted Torches structures, as well as recipes for Sulphur and the Minor Explosive Box. He also drops the Veil of Chaos power, which allows you to dash and turn invisible shortly.
