Today, during the Xbox Bethesda showcase, more was revealed about the upcoming Diablo 4 franchise, including the reveal of Necromancer as the fifth and final class of the game, which will be playable sometime in 2023.
Here is the cinematic trailer, showing off some of the powers of the Necromancer class.
Necromancer Class
The Necromancer will be able to summon the undead as part of their skillset, as they are a “speaker” for the dead. This is a well-known class to players of the franchise, and is currently available to be played in the new mobile first game, Diablo Immortal.
Diablo IV is set to be released at some point of 2023. The announcement was made during the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase in 2022, which stated that all games would be available within 12 months of the show. So, as long as things go well in development, we should hopefully see the game in Spring 2023!
